As a Mandarin Native Speaker, I never hear people use 您们(You). We only use 您 for the elder.
Thank you for your comments. As Mandarin native speakers, we have heard and seen "您們" in daily conversations, articles and novels. For example, the below sentence totally makes sense:
" 老師們,您們辛苦了!"

I love almost all the illustration for the pronouns. Only thing I think we can improve is to draw the "me" as pointing at nose so it is teaching authentic culture too
You forgot to add 她们
And if I want to address my friends? How can I do that? Don't you have a personal pronoun for second-person plural (not respectfully)?
