Paul, I know I haven't written any thing down in the comments of one of the individual sittings, but finally I have made it to do so, and no words can express how much I thank God that I found you, you have been many things to me, all within reason, because I only know you through here, which is what makes it it nuanced and difficukt to concise as we dont have the language, as spiritual people that we are to really pinpoint or ascertain these roles in such a limiting reality.
What I mean to say, is that you have a place in my life, and I value you so much. I had So many empty gaps in my being, and now, thanks to our journeys crossing, I have learned how to heal and recover and refill and share in a more direct, concise way, that ls so wonderous, yet logical that it makes perfect sense. Because God does have a plan, I always knew it, but now more than ever I feel it and can see it through without that anxiety and fear that so many try to impose on us. I am so grateful.

Started with lots of bodily sensations, tingling itching and twitching, then felt very light and floaty towards the end. Recently i came out of meditation very still and quiet, no thoughts and feelings etc, and things seemed to slow down. I got to see things from a very different place, the truth you could say. I tried to hold onto this condition but it only lasted a few minutes before my imperfections distorted what I was seeing, blurring the truth you could say, just like a figer print on the lens of a camera, we still see the image, but our finger prints have distorted it. This condition for me highlighted that although we may think some of our imperfections are minor, they can still distort seeing the truth quite badly. Thanks Paul for your service, love to all here 🌄❤️
