Just to set the record straight, Dimash isn't fluent in 15 languages, he has sung songs in 15 languages. He's fluent in Kazakh and Russian and is extremely good in English. Personally, I would say he's almost fluent in English. I know lots of people in the U.S. who don't speak it as well as he does!

I am so happy that you chose to react to this version of SOS. The digital 2021 version is the perfect version, in my opinion for a North American audience. The visuals demo the fact that Dimash is the full package plus give the song a stronger flair. The heavier instrumentals plus Dimash choosing to emphasize his lower range give this version less an operatic feel and more of a Rock vibe.❤️👍

Who is Dimash? Beginning his singing career at age 5 (he's 28 now), Dimash was accepted into the most distinguished music academy in his country. His range extends from the top of the bass register to the highest notes of the coloratura soprano and whistle register. He was singing on 15 languages. Fluent on 2, as everybody else in Kazakhstan. His Mandarin is pretty good now, and improves his English as well.

Just to set the record straight, Dimash isn't fluent in 15 languages, he has sung songs in 15 languages. He's fluent in Kazakh and Russian and is extremely good in English. Personally, I would say he's almost fluent in English. I know lots of people in the U.S. who don't speak it as well as he does!
