Have you considered 2 talent 1 called by instead of 3 talent? Double talent can be *extremely* bricky, and opening 1 talent plus 1 called by can be a blowout rather than opening 2 talent.
@@theizzidor1319 yeah talent is a card that only needs to resolve one time and is a little better going second than going first this format so i dont think more than 2 is a good idea and honestly i like 1 most
Chaos angel is mandatory tbh, card comes up way too often and you can shotgun it in situations where your opponent might be waiting for deto or other cards
@@allsweatnobanter8938 your opponent board is detonator. you have no board breakers. engraver into tract into requiem. activate engraver chain requiem and you’ll get chaos angel bodies right there and can banish the detonator before they can use detonator at all. it’s a good technique. just lights is still a bit hard to out. if you have druiswurm on board it’s even harder for them because if they pop druiswurm it just takes out detonator anyway unless they specifically have cross. if i’m trying to main dweller i honestly have considered cutting aggregator. yeah it means board breaking with just ryzeal is a bit tougher but im also playing the heavier bystial package with lubellion and less ext.
In simplified gamestates that card can just buy you like 10+ turns, or sometimes not even be outable at all if made with light and dark Most decks only maindeck out is hard drawing imperm, or talents if you play into it.
I’m currently playing go second 60 card infernoid with meta specific counters in the main. Super poly, thrust, talents, ultimate slayer, chaos hunter, and phantazmay
@@SilverEternal22 unicorn is really only a threat when you’re going second. you typically don’t even go for duodrive if you’re going second unless your opponent has an insane board and hand traps you have to break and you end up in a simplified game state. that’s not gonna happen if your opponent is on Unicorn. also you have bigger things to worry about in a fiendsmith deck cuz they can literally rip out your requiem or they can try to go for double detonator rips.

You cant always expect to play against unicorn when making concessions like this. You just keep it in mind and play around it.

Im playing striker. Ive seen a ton of lists without any hand traps. Im maining 2 ash 2 veiler and 3 imperm. Do you still reccomend nib for striker?

@@masonsargent745 nibiru is really good but you have to commit to hand traps. imperm + nib usually works against the opponent and forces a turn pass.
