Oh Mann, ja. fühl ich! War in Schweden 2020 und 2021 und hab da mehr Schwedisch gelernt als in den 2 Jahren danach zu Hause... aber ich glaub der größte Faktor ist die Motivation. Und so ein Mensch gibt einem ja auch Freude und Lob für das Lernen der Sprache.

No, I don't think so. That did not exist when I made the video afaik, and I also don't know what that is or do you mean their weird language buddy/teaching thing... If so: Never needed it so far. Won't use it.

Ah! I guess it was not that popular then though. I remember getting some ads, but it seemed fairly beta to me then (of we're talking about the same thing) 🤔 I looked this up now and must say, I'm personally not interested. I've tried buddy learning in the past, I think it can be even more of a wish for success trap and a big commitment. Not monetarily but mentally. But if learning with someone motivates you, then this is of course totally different. If at some point Babbel offers me an affiliate thing, I'll gladly test if of course but since I earn absolutely jack 💩 from these videos rn probably gonna be a while 😆

It is interesting that most people would try really hard not to pass gas in a packed elevator but some of those would think nothing of polluting the UA-cam air with childish vulgarities.
