What an awesome video. Iv been making cakes since 30 yrs but people find everything expensive not taking into consideration of the artwork n time spent on it. Some times i work for 8 to 10 hrs a day on such cakes making my own models or sugar flowers n sugar flowers is not a one day job. Thank u for such a nice video. It wd pop up many times but was just lazy n wdnt watch. ❤❤❤

Hourly rate x time has to be calculated per hourly. When she calculates 10 minutes, she cannot multiply it directly as it would mean 10 hours. Therefore, the calculation is hourly rate x 10/60.
