No. They are too hung up on bloating things with projects to stay relevant. This is the most I've watched about Marvel in a few years. It does nothing to inspire me to watch more either. If they switched to stand alone and dropped the MCU I might care. But I'm done watching shit shows to understand mediocre movies.
If they do secret wars properly absolutely they also need to do World War™ Hulk So many classics still to be done if they’re done well I’m afraid that they’re getting too hung up on STARZ playing roles instead of giving new people an opportunity about the characters not the actors
Disney is stuck with Pirates Of The Caribbean being unfilmable unless Johnny Depp says yes, and now they are doing the same thing to Marvel. They haven't learned a thing.
They really need to let there be a phase 7 that serves as an interlude before their reset (and I hope they take a couple of years off when they do the reset). Another phase will allow for them to tell the proper story that they’re trying to tell with Secret Wars. It would allow for an Xmen film and more. If timing is the main issue, I’d do Doomsday as a story about Doom’s background, plans, motivations, machinations, and how he plans to go about it. Ending with obtaining all but one thing. That thing will then be acquired in Secret Wars, after he takes some sort of Beyonder like character’s power (honestly Beyonder power is probably the last thing he will need anyway). From there he creates Battleworld. Then phase 7 would all take place there or be prequels of sorts that show how certain characters got there. And end it with at least 2 more avengers films. Bringing back at least most of the Fox actors wouldn’t be a bad idea with different minds behind it. So as to let them be in this saga before they get replaced by the reset.
