Thank you for this! I'll have to give it a go the next time I get frozen brussel sprouts as normally, I just nuke them 🙁 If you can get your hands on fresh, trim up some of the outer leaves, cut in half, toss in olive oil and some spices and bake in the oven. So, sooooo good. Thanks again!
