When attempting to charge or power on my Ouraimo Necklace 4 headphones, they do not respond. There is no indication light when plugged in, I have tried multiple charging cables and USB ports without success. Resetting the headphones did not resolve the issue either.
Could you please advise on further troubleshooting steps or recommend a solution?

I bought it but i have a problem with it . When i turn it , it doesn't work and the light doesn't work also I want to know if I can fix it or there is way to reset it ?

Did you read the manual before set up. Did you buy from a trusted source. Charge it for two hours first

The mic is decent. You don’t need to shout in public and the battery lasts for days without charging. 50 hours were advertised
