Good cook. You left off one Memphis ribs step. You didn't Sprinkle more rub on when you got them off..I've seen some people putting a little brown sugar down when they apply the rub to make up for not wrapping with brown sugar

@@Nicks-BBQSome places in Memphis cook it Texas Style or just salt and pepper, then they do that dry rub step at the end. Some places here do mop instead of a spritz too
