its been my observance that Russell was a gatekeeper of mainstream influence in the same vein as Newton ...the world would look much different had they not acted as resistance on some levels regarding many of their contemporaries that were only later revealed to be correct in theory ..to elaborate more simply ..those sniffing around the defining bridges of light in philosophy like the lesser known understanding that light, energy and information share a relationship so close they might as well be the same thing and more recently the tight grip of acedemia has been releasing this grip to a certain extent though it still remains mostly in the shadows and outside artificial light or weight of mainstream influence

Thanks for sharing your insightful observation!
Isaac Newton laid the foundations of modern science, defining the laws of motion and the law of universal gravitation, and pioneering the scientific revolution. Bertrand Russell, as the founder of analytic philosophy, championed language, logic, and the scientific method, pioneered mathematical logic, and radically changed social thought with his social/political activism.
However, Newton and Russell’s ideas remained at the center of mainstream thought for many years, creating a kind of taboo against new and different ideas in some areas. While Newton’s classical physics created resistance to new scientific theories, Russell’s analytic philosophy made it difficult for alternative philosophical approaches to come to the fore. However, the contributions of both thinkers greatly contributed to the advancement of scientific and philosophical thought, and eventually these taboos were overcome over time.
