I’m from Chicago, I then been to cook county jail several times. It looks like he wanted off his deck for whatever reason. He was talking to some of his homies across the hall. He probably wanted to move over there which you heard the officer say. The only other way he could of got off the deck was to say his life was in danger or he was afraid of someone which he didn’t want to do. You have to put in paperwork for that. So he said he was gay. He didn’t go to PC. He’s going to refuse to go there once he make it downstairs and they’ll reassign him to a whole other deck or maybe where he wanted to go.
