Given the long delay in scheduling hours for maintenance, I decided to do a deep cleaning of the stove before the winter started myself, but since the technician did not do it, the stove threw a service alert that is reset by means of a password or key of access mainly made by the authorized technician.
I recommend that the maintenance it has to be done by the technical service authorized by the manufacturer.
