At one point in the video she described her body “vibrating” while she was trying to fall asleep. This honestly has been happening to me my entire life when I’m in the in-between stage of being awake and asleep. It doesn’t happen every night but often. I’d love to hear from anyone else who experiences this and might know what it means.
I’ve had it happen I wouldn’t say often maybe a 1-2 dozen times , I had the vibration so loud it would have made me deaf but it seems it’s a possible astral realm , I felt like it was a rotation going so fast and accelerating to speeds not possible in the physical . I too have been looking into the answer for years . I can’t really say . It also feels like it’s a possible merkaba activation , I haven’t done anything special to make it happen just a natural relaxed half sleep state it kinda freaks me out at the same time it’s also awsome .
Yes my body vibrated when I tried to astral project out of my body. I got scared because I was able to see my bedroom when my body was asleep but I was conscious. I believe you are astral projecting at night.

I had the same type of experience the first time i took dmt.
For me it’s because my brain waves change to a Theta state and in that state I connect to a higher frequency energy field which feels like vibrating. In other words it seems you are changing to a higher frequency which feels like you are vibrating. Read Robert Munro ‘s books.
Someone told me that if he had known he wouldn't have never used Ayahuasca, it damaged him to such an extend.

Every NDE says time doesn't exist, everything happens at the same time... If we follow this thought then reincarnation doesn't happen. If we really have multiple lives, then we live them all at the same time, because time is an illusion. But the same NDE will talk about past lives.. i'm not judging, just trying to understand.
They are truly parallel lives it’s been called past lives or past life regression for some time though.
First you have to think in terms of infinity, then look at all the lives you've lived, and every moment in history, and you can see how it's all happening at once.
