I didn’t think Grian would top the drip stone kill, but then he got a quad tnt Minecart kill and so many kills with the same tactic. They really need to stop going on those bridges lol.
Honestly, they were at fault for dying to the button trap. He was literally asking "why are there buttons" five seconds before and pressing all the other buttons, but pearl still stood straight on her own trap. Martyn is pardoned

I'd agree with the lesser fear of death cuz of having 24 draining lives Which means riskier lives and more desperate kills if incredibly low e.g. Joel's final gambit

I'm curious if Blast Protection actually does anything to prevent these deaths. Because if so, that would be really cool to have every struggle for it in the next series
i dont think it would make a huge difference for one big reason i've only watched limited life and double life but i'm like 80% sure that there's a rule on enchants past level one, nobody in the server uses anything except prot 1 so i'm pretty sure that you would only be able to get blast prot 1 which would not protect nowhere near enough to live through a tnt minecart (those things do an absurd amount of damage), ig you could try to wear an entire set of blast prot 1 but even then, your sacrificing alot of your pvp potential without regular prot
@@Hamza2_7272 My idea is some people were so far from the blast, that slightly more protection would leave them with at least a heart remaining. Most would still die, though. Since they were practically in the center of the blast.
@@schmingbeefin4473 oh yeah in that case it would definitely help to some extent, ig my main point is just that it probably wouldnt be worth the trade off since if i remember correctly, prot one gives like 4% less damage (so an entire set of prot one would give 16% less damage) while blast prot one gives 8% less blast damage (so you would have 32% less blast damage if you get an entire set) which obviously is a major major difference right? but still, i do believe that it wouldnt help alot since if you watch pvp videos, there's a kit called the ''lifesteal kit'' which has tnt minecarts as a weapon and half of the armor set has blast prot 4 and even then, it'll one shot you if your near it, i just think its not worth the trade off but thats of course people's own opinions

I dont think so, they have become a staple of the life series. But it depends what the next season is going to be. I'm betting it'll be the border size changing due to deaths, maybe getting smaller by x amount of blocks every death, with the standard three life rule. Or it could be life steal, with hearts being taken with each kill.
