Thanks for the session... most of the session related more about Indian and Pakistan specialists pathway to Australia Please can your subsequent sessions give more insights to specialist pathways for UK trained specialists Thanks 🙏
Thanks, Dr Rizwan. I passed my OET about 3 years ago. I’ve been working in the UK since then. Now, I want to apply for specialist assessment. Do I need to retake the OET exam as part of the specialist assesment? Thanks
Most organizations, including AHPRA and medical colleges in Australia, consider OET results valid for 2 years from the date of the test. Since your OET was passed 3 years ago, it has likely expired for most purposes.
I need your honest advice, sir. I graduated in 2021 and completed a one-year house job. After that, I started pursuing MRCEM, cleared all the steps except the final OSCE, which I haven’t been able to attempt due to oversaturation and the long wait for available seats. Now that it’s 2025, should i consider applying for USMLE Step 1 or AMC or PLAB route. Do you think this gap will affect my future chances or is it still okay for me to appear for the exam ? I’m feeling quite confused about what to do next
Hello Dr Rizwan i i choose to have basic service of specialist pathway can i have immediate access or i should wait because i want to apply in this December
I have recently started my AMC journey and your videos have been very helpful and informative. Thank you so much! I just had one question I was hoping you could help me with? I am an Indian who graduated from Tbilisi, Georgia. I have done an internship during my 6th year (outside of the 6th year internship provided by my university) from a hospital and I have an apostilled internship certificate from said hospital. Would that count or will I have to do another internship from my home country or Australia?
If your medical school degree is accredited by AMC and your internship is recognized, then you may directly take the AMC MCQ exam and start the Standard Pathway! It is best to check the AMC website for this.
@@EmergencyFocus Thank you so much for taking the time and responding. I really appreciate it. I did go through the AMC website but I could not find much clear information about this there. Is there anywhere else I can confirm this information?
