Useful comparison Jo. Think it would be interesting to revisit this when you’ve had the Goyard for a while to see the wear and tear etc. Love both bags.
How has the goyard Artois been holding up? How’s the handles? Are there any cracking or rips in the canvas? I know LV is so durable but I love the zipper top of the goyard.
So far it’s doing really well. No signs if wear whatsoever. I don’t use that often but when I do is for the commute into London so busy and also quite loaded up with items such as laptop etc.
@@JoJoLux thank you!! I’m planning on using the tote as a baby bag. I am between the neverfull mm vs this Artois mm. I loveeeee the zipper. I want it to last tho. I need my luxury bags to at least last a few years. I do have other bags I switch out of so it’s by no means my only bag.. I also have the chanel deauville and Palm Springs mm for my baby bags. I don’t have a tote with a zipper…. I just want it to last!
I think either would last a long time. I probably find the Neverfull more comfortable to wear as a bit smaller and the straps are so soft now. However the Goyard holds more and gives the security with the zip so you know items can’t fall out.
I wanted the Never-full and purchased the red interior but I exchanged it 3 times and all of them were made extremely poorly all the red stitching showing around the bag. I returned it. Not willing to spend money on poor quality products.
Same thing happened to me buying the NF from LV in Canada last year (2021). I ended up buying a 2012 NF and it's in perfect condition. Everyone thinks it's new rather than 10 years old

Are the handle edge on the goyard Artois resin?
Does the print on the Goyard ship off or fade off and it's hand painted, so is it better to stick with LV ?

Oh wow. I think I bought mine around 2014. No issues at all. It absolutely should be in perfect condition from the boutique.
