Ren is a reminder that there are people who walk with purpose, with kindness and compassion. He's a reminder that we can all do better, and if we struggle we just need to keep going because eventually there will be a way through.

This is such a brilliant video to understand Ren and to understand why the RENegades love him so dearly. He is not just a brilliant artist but a beautiful human being who wants to lift others up and inspire positive change in the world. If you have travelled far enough down the rabbit hole, none of this is surprising because it shines through in his art. Ren is authentic and not afraid to be vulnerable. But this video is still very much worth watching because of how eloquently he expresses his wisdom and gives us all hope. As Ren reminds us, humans are flawed and we are all humans. But any flaws of Ren just makes him more beautiful and inspirational for the rest of us. The world needs Ren.
I just saw a community post on Ren’s channel this morning where he says he has plans to make a video soon to describe his journey in more details, though PTSD has kept him from talking this much about it so far, in the hope it will help others. Seems fitting to then watch you talk about post traumatic growth in this video shortly after 🖤

Regarding "Post traumatic growth" ... Yes, i am going through that, for many years. Severe depression and immense loneliness for decades is exhausting,
but it also teaches you about the few important things in life. What to focus on, what your own values are and what makes up your character,
how you care about other people, that even little things and experiences matter and can make you feel better.

When Ren says he feels “very rich” when he can help those around him. The meaning of the word ‘rich’ here, brought me up short because it tends to only relate to money. Getting money is not the only meaning of success - caring for each other - “priority number 1”.
