Sir i am reading the Judgement State of Himachal Pardesh v. Happy Singh 2019 where i founded that the "judgement passed by single member of board is void" but it found to be contrary to your statement in video so could you please assist me in finding the right answer.

I hv a query ..sir said judgement passed by a single member would b valid but proviso of sec 7(3) says that there should b atleast 2 members(including principal magistrate) for final disposal of case ...then how could that judgement b valid ..
