Much appreciate the mix up in content and always good to see you refine your business strategy and take us along the ride. Keep up the good work James.
James Smith, my goat. Thank you for the Australia video, and thank you for all of your content sir. Sometimes I watch videos of yours on a topic I already know, just to listen to/watch you. I wish you all the best.
Solid advice, never considered creating a product to sell over the ad revenue from views.
Great video James
Great video James - I will be doing your course
Love it uncle James! I've always said to myself i need to go viral on tiktok to get known or IG ect, but really it creates a following of people who don't give a fuck anyway.
Great video, I'm still not monetized on UA-cam but very insightful!
Quality advice here, given me a reframe on how to monetise my business online
No one is paying 18$ per 1000 views for most content. Only the finance content and stuff like that makes those kind of CPMs. If you are getting views from India for example your CPM will be like 2-3$ tops making the money you get about 1$ or less per 1000 views. Similarly if it's USA it would be closer to 5-6$ for most niches per 1000 views. Especially in the entertainment category of stuff.
I’ve realized this and devised a similar model I will be executing on. The channel I’m posting this comment on will be for views and once it gets some serious traction I will create a smaller one that breaks down videos CTR and retention of an already successful channel, and selling people coaching/courses on how to create faceless niche channels like this one. Love this business model and can’t wait to execute on it. Just got monetized today!
Fuck yeah
Usually fitness related content is around 2dollars per 1000 views
Any additional thoughts on how to develop high quality subscriber base? I get the train of thought that I’d rather have 1,000 intent based subs than 10,000 subs who don’t really watch my channel, but am not sure what the best way to develop a solid core of subs.
make great content, but it should ALWAYS revolve around a product and offering, no?
Hey good content
Does anyone know somebody who teaches PTs how to get clients specifically on X/Twitter? Yes, I know Jameses advice is aplicable to any platform
I don't have much success there myself, thus not really claiming I could help there
