[DIY Repair] Part 1: Electric Scooter Hub Motor Briefly Rotates Then Halts When Throttle is Engaged

The motor hub of my electric scooter is not running when the throttle is twisted. The fardriver app says "1 - Motor Hall Error" and upon checking various fixes on the Internet, they said it could be a throttle issue or it can be fixed by using autolearn. I already tried using a different throttle and also doing autolearn on the fardriver app but the issue still persists. Will check the hall sensor inside the motor hub and test with multimeter.
