Ingredients
18 kg of Beef Meat (320 per kilo)
1 kilo of Garlic (120 per kilo)
3 kg of Onion (140 per kilo)
2 kg of Bell pepper (120 per kilo)
3 kg of Kalamansi (30 per kilo) adjust according to your taste
Soy sauce
Black pepper powder
Brown sugar
Banana Leaf
25 kg of Rice (45 per kilo)
10 packs of Water (162 per pack)
Total Fare and Rela Rental (1000)
