I recently purchased an SS-30DV for use in a go box with an Icom IC-7300. All bands except 75-80 meters are clear of RF noise. 75/80 meters is covered with harmonic birdies. I contacted Powerwerx, their customer service said it is a known issue (to them.) They do not consider it a defect.
Choices were to live with it, or return it to my local Amateur Radio Dealer and let the store take the loss on resale of a new used ps (interpet PS to your liking.) I will glad to send photos of the issue if anyone cares to see them. The rear binding posts are the worst, the Anderson Power poles are not as noisy, but still detectable. Powerwerx's response on that finding? "Maybe the fan is too close to the binding jacks. Rather than return it to the Dealer, I will relegate it to a VHF/UHF station. 73. Joe KR0UT

Curious how your db25 has performed and if you still use it? I got mine about 3 months ago, I really enjoy it! So far no issues with the latest firmware and the cps is about the same as any other DMR rig. Thanks for making the video!
