When I was young and dumb, I used to buy tech stuff prophylactically before I actually needed it. By the time I used it, I could have bought the same thing for a quarter of the price
@@projectpinehills Probably 20 years ago, I paid $100 for one of the auto levelers that has a cross... Regular or 45° and it had the option to fix it in place manually. Has the mounting screw on the bottom to put on a tripod. I've used it a few times but I just picked one up with more features for $15 on Prime. I'm not 100% sure on the brand of either one. Most stuff, I just use a regular level. For deck work, I just use clear tubing and water to get exact level at a distance without trying to mess around with lasers outside. The one electronic gadget that I would purchase a hundred times over again is my Bosch laser measuring tool. Worth it at twice the price
just a little sad we did not hear about the x and y that was on the top. found out that was a plane angle. so that is kind of nice. also surprised you where able to hold it level. was not sure if that was useful or not but i had to look it up.
I do show the display with the X and Y coordinates and didn’t mention them since it auto levels. But, yes that would help with angles, that’s a good point. Thanks for posting! 👍
Very organized, smooth, and professional video review. 10⭐

Yes and power tools have changed a lot in the past 10 years. I’d like to know what laser levels you all have.
