    this was an excellent how to video...i bought these for my 2017 husqy 701 I plan on using cycra ultra bend aluminum handguards or similar do you have any recommendations on mounting them with these or would you recommend a different aluminum hand guard? would be great to see multiple mounting videos (-:

    My 19 SMCR has a taper to the hand guards that doesn't line up with the template. Just used the measurements and mounted. Couldn't be happier to ditch the horrible looking (and performing) stock mirrors.
    Many thanks!!

      Just awesome! Thank you and we are very happy to see you happy with the product. These have surprisingly been one of our best sellers and people seem to love them. Thanks for the message!

    Can it be installed on steel handguard of ktm?

      Many have done this yes. It just takes a little imagination and careful planning so that the levers don't contact the mirror mounts but often that can be quite easy with moving the levers in slightly or dropping them down just a bit. In short, we've never seen a custom mount situation that we couldn't design a solution for.

    do these work with Barkbusters? Would be nice to get a mounting template like this, over here barkbusters are the most popular handguards by far

      I agree. This would be a hot sell if you could make a bark busters attachment. So you don’t have to drill through the metal bars. ;) ;)

    I bought a set of these off a totaled KTM. Anyone have a copy of the drill template?

      Here is a template link! Just make sure to set your printer scaling to 'none' and double check the measurements once the document has printed out. www.dropbox.com/s/b91rm8h0lkjpn1j/QF-MM%20Placement%20KTM%20%28Set%20page%20scaling%20to%20%27none%27%21%29.pdf?dl=0

    hey chris do you have a plug/bolt to screw in the oem mirrors threads?

    • @RottweilerPerformance
      @RottweilerPerformance  6 років тому +3

      Yes, all of the kits come with small black plugs for the threads that look quite nice.

      That's what those black plugs are for? Thank you. Could also repurpose as camera or phone mount.

    Wow wider mirrors for filtering, exactly what I don't need! 😁

      Stewie Mac, what do you mean by 'filtering'? If you are referring to what we call 'splitting lanes' here in Cali, then these actually work really well as they are totally adjustable both in and out and can be set narrower than the outside of the bars very quickly. They are also better than stock for splitting lanes because they don't stick out where they could collide with other mirrors. Not sure if you watched the video the whole way, but it will show them tucked inside and quite low pro. If 'filtering' means something else completely, then we have some learning to do!
