Umar(RA)- “Verily, we were the most disgraced people on earth and ALLAH honored us with Islam. If we seek honor from anything else besides Islam, ALLAH will disgrace us again.”

Thus the importance of shunning sins. If no sins, nothings to be expiated, only trials to increase your rank. If unfortunately you fall into a sin, ask forgiveness & resolve to not do again, and you are on the right path in cha Allah.

My suffering was caused by another human being is that still from Allah I am confused.
Please don't be confused. If another harms you and you just think it is from Allaah and let them carry on then this is not what is intended. Especially if you can do something about it without breaking the law like defending yourself, perhaps with someone else's help to avert the harm or going to the authorities etc. If you couldn't do anything at all, perhaps you couldn't even run away from them, we should supplicate to Allaah in the recommended times. The supplication of the oppressed is answered by Allaah. In all cases depending on the severity Allaah will expiate for us our sins accordingly and reward us accordingly. Oppressors should fear the punishment of Allaah.
Also since your doubt is about Qadr, you absolutely need to read or learn about it, as it's a very important topic. One of the pillars of our faith. From Ali Hammuda: Milestones to Appreciating Qadr or Divine Decree. Incredible explanation!
Also learn about the names of Allah, as you'd know that it's impossible for anything to happen without His Will.
