"At SAAC, we believe that autism lasts a lifetime and no one should be taking the journey alone."
Walk of a Lifetime (WOAL) is St. Andrew's Autism Centre’s annual charity walk in support of persons with autism. This walk is open to all members of the public and is designed to advocate for greater community involvement in our efforts to advance the inclusion of those we serve.
In the second year of running WOAL, we speak with SAAC art teachers, our Chief Executive Officer, and volunteers from King Living to explore what empowering persons with autism looks like, and why we chose a pinwheel to represent our vision.
