This brings back so many memories because when I was young in the 60's,70's & early 80's my family had a jukebox almost exactly like this. (The numbers on ours only went up to 10). As it aged it would develop problems & my father would open it up & try to repair it, as would I when I got older. Seeing the jukebox's insides bring back memories for me.
I have a AMI Cadette (1968) and a power failure has broken the mechanism late in 1999! So, I seek for parts... The model you have, I remember in my youth, at our local leisure center, we had one like yours and this was beautiful, played very well and loud! People played Hey Jude of The Beatles on this jukebox (Here, we are in 1970!) You have a stunning resolution and a gorgeous informative video!
It is interesting that this machine has an ID tag reading model JLK-100 which would mean it should be a 100 selection machine. I wonder if this jukebox was changed to have 200 selection components at some point, or maybe the ID tag was switched for some reason. At any rate that is very unusual. Thank you for the very informative video, you did a great job. The selection system on these models is much less complex than previous years such as in the G-200.
SeeburgMusic if you look at the pinbank you can see the colours of the pins alternate every other row; that shows that not all of the pins are original to the machine and were added in to make it 200 select.
