- In this vlog im at Vuda Point in the situated between Nadi and Lautoka. I have booked an Oceanview Bure at First Landing Resort.
The resort offeres different types of bures and they also offer villas to families. The beach looked good when it was high tide and the walk to barefoot island where you can chill.
The staffs were nice and the check in and check out went smooth. Its located away from Nadi and Lautoka so if you want to stay somewhere quiet then first landing resort is maybe something for you.
I booked through booking.com so the price may change due to seasons.

My husband and I have stayed at First Landing three different times. We’re from the U.S. We actually had a vow renewal ceremony on the Big Foot, and there is a palm tree planted in our names next to one of the bures where we stayed. I am so excited to see this video. Gives good memories. Also, I recognize the lady at the reception 😊

Bula every time i visit fiji this is where i go my grandmother used to go here every year before she passed and she donated to schools there abd her name is even engraved in tge ground by the bar
You shaved uso haha ... and to prevent your Go Pro from overheating, try set it to 5.3 K 24 or 5.3 K 30 or 4k equivalent of these settings. I think the reason why you are overheating is because you are shooting at 5.3 k 60. Also, check if hyper smooth is off. And always shoot with the feet at the bottom the air need to circulate in to cool the device down. You also need the proper SD card with proper specs ... because if the read and write speed on the card can not keep up with the camera you will lose data. Get a MicroSD card with V30 or UHS-3 on it. Go pro recommends these 4 card models SanDisk Extreme, SanDisk Extreme Plus, SanDisk Extreme Pro and Lexar Pro 1066x silver.
Bula i film in 4K 30 and i have the sandisk Extreme Pro But i have read that People have had problems with their gopro overheating. Maybe i just need to upgrade 😁

Bro gopro can overheat if they're set at very high resolution and fps. Also try and turn off hypersmooth if you're shooting indoors. Tovolea mada ya kevaka iko se bera ni cakava.

Last time i was in fiji I having lunch at the cafe at the marina to the left of first landing, I thought i was nearby big foot island so I asked the cafe staff if they knew where the "foot shaped island " was. They had no idea what i was talking about. Turns out it was 50 metres away! LOL.
