THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!! 50 GLORIOUS YEARS, From Top of the Pops 1972 when I nearly dropped my 1 year old daughter. through to Isle of Wight, Westonbirt, and Glastonbury - the Abbey, your voice Bryan always hits that spot. So God Bless you and chums Andy McKay and Phil Manzanera. I am almost crying here We all Love you so much XXXXXXXXX
Saw them in 1972 in Liverpool and 2022 in Manchester. Great memories flooding back. First two albums favourites for me, and wonderful to see such a great version of If There is Something. Brilliant night.
Saw them in DC a few days before. It was wonderful nostalgic bittersweet and I think by the time they reached New York they really got their sea legs- but I was glad I got to see them in the intimacy of an echoey hockey arena in DC😄
Thanks for the post! I was at msg nyc sept 12 and they all were wonderful! Such energy! It was a pleasure to see an iconic group doing rock and roll of 50 years ago! I really admire the whole group!
I was there, and I enjoyed the hell out of it. My only gripe was the security blinding us with the lights and asking us to put the phones away. People were still doing it.
PT. Paul (Thompson) on drums, Phil (Manzanera on guitar, Andy (Mackay) on Saxophone and 'Mr. Ultra Cool' Bryan Ferry. Pity Brian (Eno) didn't show them. Hopefully one gig at least he joined them.Probably the last time this line up will ever tour. Made some great music over the 50 years.Bravo gents! Respect indeed.
It is sad hearing Ferry trying to sing, when it is so obvious he not only danced away the heartache - he smoked away his voice too. This is just painful to watch.

Good memories then and a few months ago seeing them in ATX
Ok this is better than other clips I've seen. Probably missed my last chance to see them. That Paul Thompson can still keep that beat.
They were great. I went at the last second and was so glad I did.

No songs from Stranded.

Joe Biden on guitar?
Phil Manzanera himself. !
