Hey Shani.. The food you are giving to Kiwi is treats. He needs to consume a balance. I have a conure as well. I feed mine Harrisons mullet adult lifetsyle. We get it here in Canada.. I wouldn't ask a pet store as they have no clue and consider treats food he should not only be getting sunflowers seeds...try pistachios , etc.
