- This year, I decided to celebrate my birthday, alone in Paris. This may be frowned upon by many, but it was actually one of my best birthdays ever! This vlog in particular got me so emotional because I believed that I needed people to celebrate my birthday with me and it has never happened. Yes you have to be careful with those scams. Always agree on the price before getting in the cab. They target foreigners. If you’re a woman some places by law set the rate for traveling at night as free for women. Or you can book a driver to/from airports. More expensive but safe and more convenient sometimes. Glad you enjoyed a beautiful birthday! 🎉🎉🎉
