So I got this speaker, and it broke after like a week. It was connected to my phone, but when I payed the video the speaker wouldn’t play the sound, so I tried to turn off the speaker but it wouldn’t turn off, the blue light was still on. So I disconnected the Bluetooth from my phone and was planning to reconnect it, and now it doesn’t reconnect and the speaker still doesn’t turn off. Any ideas how to fix it :(
I’m not sure. You could try waiting for the battery to fully drain and then recharge and after powering i by long pressing power button you could hit the Bluetooth pairing button until the sound for pairing/searching emits and try reconnecting. Also I’ve noticed, if you put in a microsd card and it auto plays you have to hit the mode button to have it stop playing music before you can pair any devices.
I had The problem you are having you just need to open the charge port panel and the reset button is in the auxiliary port get a long pin and push down the reset and you will have a working speaker again

I know how to fix this. Put an aux cord in. Then hold down the power button
