Very tasty traditional German cake with plums and nuts. Plum cake is easy to prepare. Incredibly tender, aromatic and delicious.

Ingredients
Flour - 280 g
Sugar - 150 g
Pinch of salt
Vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract) - half a teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon (15 g)
1 egg🥚
Yogurt or sour cream - 3 tablespoons
Filling
Fresh plums - 15-18 pcs
Sugar - 3 tablespoons
Vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract) - half a teaspoon
Cinnamon - a third of a teaspoon (optional)
Berry liqueur - 2 tablespoons (optional)
Butter - 40 g
Walnuts - 60 g
Corn starch - 1 tablespoon
