I am from Bengaluru spent 3 yrs in Covai , very nice people, tasty siruvaani water ,temples, hubby's LMW factory. I love n miss my unforgettable days as a newly married bride who spent only for 3yrs.love u n miss u Covai sooooo much .

I spent four months in the Coimbatore section.
Compared to other India regions (Pune, Mumbai, Delhi), the city was very clean and road condition were not bad.
Compared to the northern and central idiots, they were very open and kind.

I was there for 10 months & visited all places. Coimbatore is like a heaven even you can say it's more than heaven. Climate, culture and their peoples was superb. Most safest place. This time I m in Delhi but missing Coimbatore a lot.

Even today also two things in coimbatore cannot be enjoyed which is not available. I miss coimbatore’s siruvani water and climate i hope even coimbatore misses it

Just a small correction to the end....the 150 steps climb that you mentioned is the last leg of climb at the Marudhamalai Temple .... from the foot of the hill, it could easily be anywhere between 500 and 700 steps to reach the top

Well my family came from andhra Pradesh settle in coimbatore almost more than 10 years. I have travelled and stayed around India in last 25 years like Delhi, jaipur, dehradun, Lucknow, chandigarh. But seriously coimbatore best place. I did my middle school from Annur KG international and my high school from kathir vidhya Mandhir, Neelambur. There are lot more place to visit in kovai and people are so humble. ❤❤❤😊😊.

It is hub for education and Healthcare services with specialised hospitals. It is linked by air, train and road to other states of India and it has an International airport too. People friendly and peaceful city above all. Best place for a retirement peaceful and happy life* ! Communal hormony has been hampered after the emergence of a particular political party in Kovai.
