Edit:The namazu/big catfish has a glowing shape on its head. from what i have read before, usually namazu has a rock of life up there, which means the rock lets the namazu live longer, if it's removed the catfish will get angry and create earthquakes that can be felt from miles away. then again this is something i read a long time ago so maybe not completely accurate. just a theory
7:15 the even teeth and the jaw going up and down like the blue and red lantern from 2:03 makes me think that this dragon monster is important. Maybe one of Enzukai’s forms? Or Enzukai has a pet dragon? Lol.

I think the monster that’s has its mouth move up and down could be a lantern cause no body is shown, and it repeats the animation as well.
