Not in a rude way asking an actual question. How can someone like comedy shows/specials. I love humor and funny people but do shows not seem like a forced scripted thing? Witty banter back and forth seems completely different concept than stand up
Good stand up routines are rare, a lot of them are cringy, I can’t watch Rogan for example but there are good ones out there
This is like saying you dont like movies because they're scripted, I never thought of comedians as real or their stories, I assume 99% of everything these dudes say is just for a joke or entirely untrue for a joke
@@LofiCameron I understand that but imo I see a difference. Like I loved Chapelle show and I think sketches are hilarious but just one man standing there trying to be funny seems off to me. I appreciate the responses tho

@@LofiCameron yeah I liked his skits on the show back in the day. Honestly I've never like sat down and watched a special. I've just seen like 5-10 minutes randomly on like Netflix or something like that. I've seen alot of the rogan crew and didn't find it entertaining. Also when to see Brian Regan when he was super popular.

I'd bet my life he is at least half one himself, he grew up in a wealthy suburb outside Boston called newton and it's nickname rymes with Newton due to all of the wealthy views living there, Joe Rogan is not some blue collar hard working Italian/Irish Boston guy who got a tough break, look at his career, where he grew up and who he married it almost gautantees he is at least half view

@@timmysvensson4902 hot take to kinda support drugging someone but I also feel like Bert looks at it more like you and his wife looks at it from the other side… and as a friend there are certain things you just don’t do to a friend in front of their wife and kids so he definitely crossed a line. Especially bc he was kinda friends w LeeAnn and then put her in that situation without notice w kids at home.
