There isn’t. I figured out that they are approximately 2-3 miles away from where they are. The buildings we see are the Empire State Building and Chrysler building in Manhattan, and the Chrysler building was closer so they must be eating in a Brooklyn park near the same river that the Brooklyn bridge is in. Since they are 3 miles away at the most, the buildings see many people through Brooklyn and queens. Both guys are named mike so they were probably talking to another guy named Steve who was there in Brooklyn. The guy probably says racist things at 2:00 PM or another guy said something like that. There is no punchline
