Konami should tweak the D/D/D skill so it just spares the user of burn damage instead of skipping an entire phase. There are a handful of rogue decks (Weather Painter, Metaphys, just to name a couple) that rely on the standby phase, they get shafted stupid hard without it.

Don't forget that the skill isn't only intended to skip contract "payments", it's also meant to skip the negative scale effects of your pendulum monsters like kepler and galilei and also give you the choice to not activate it in favour of d'arc and beowulf's effects, so the most realistic fix would be something like "During your standby phase, you can chose to negate the effects of your face up "D/D" and "dark contract" cards in your spell/trap and pendulum zones."
I guess the safe bet is to make the skill only work when your deck only play d/d/d card or dark contract only
I mean you could always just place contract laundering to avoid the burn

It's absolutely not fair, Clock Tower Prison skill needs rework and big nerf, Declan's skill also needs to be reworked so it does not affect Stromberg Castle, also some Melodious and Harpies cards must be limited on 2
Stormberg doesn't really fit on DDD it feels like out of place.. a golden light hearted castle with bunch of demons? Tf I hope that skill get revamp and can only be function with DDD extra deck monsters.

Yeah, but Orthros would have been destroyed if Frost attacked with a 1600 ATK'er first which would have been -1 for the opponent. However, that didn't matter for this game because Frost attacked directly for game next turn.
I really hope they do a MST bundle sale like they have for cosmic and galaxy
There’s a good chance but it will be quite awhile. They only put old cards in the bundles

It's pretty much only "broken" if your card removal is with destruction effects, banish or send the opponents cards to Brazil and it's not hard to deal with at all.
@RauIi 5 free +1 is an issue sure but at same time there are so many traps that are just "I win" if they can activate them these days, so having a meta deck that makes decks that solely rely on backrow to win have to consider not solely rely on backrow to win is a good thing overall.
@RauIi 5 aand trap cards are also used to make outright toxic decks as well as most stall decks are all about trap cards...
Can we suggest 4 card banlist? I mean,too much staples n core card for decks in the banlist,makes some of the good old decks unable to function properly like six sam or darklord( like ixchel is still need to be limited but can integrate with other staples so the deck at least can get to legends). If category 4 cards banlist introduce,at least these undeserved core cards can be put there to limit some of the consistency power but still can integrate with better staples to have better chance. Hopefully my words make sense

How can clock deck be good? If they remove my Destiny HEROs or my dreadmaster its an instant loose. So it's all in or give up? Opponents have so much removal with BEWD, yosenju and Harpies, i always loose on Legend 3
Mask change and mst offer both offense and defense while the r4nk package boosted by drilldark offers counters to all kinds if strategies(steelswarm roach, heraldry patriarch, abyss dweller etc.)

They have many options tho, if the clock shenanigans fail they still have rank 4 xyz and masked hero play

It's ok to have a new skill but decks like weather painters, firekings , methaphys can't even play bcas of no standby phase restriction. It's clearly ruining the game.Its not fun anymore

Triple D doesn't need a nerf, but it's skill to negate the contracts damage does...

This is the second week in a row where DDD was one of the most top played and only 1-2 actually made it to top 32 so i don't think it really needs a nerf either. Maybe just retool procrastination skill as it unintentionally counters things it shouldn't (like Fire kings/any monster that resummons during the standby phase)

To counter Galaxy eyes you need effects that prevent it from being summoned, just remove it, dodge the stream of destruction and/or use lance to be immune to the stream of destruction.

Just taking out Galaxy eyes you can flip, banish or return to deck because the spell that banish any card is only activated that Galaxy Eyed face up on the field.
I was hyped to see this match then he use stromberg, and I left, I like DDD by the correct way and not xploit, hope this get fixed.

Golden castle is simply a good card against bad players. It gives you no edge against a skilled player. It’s even a weakness when you’re in that scenario. Good turn 1 D/D/D plays are where it’s at
