One could say that it was an overwhelming experience for him to see Sophia let herself go and because of his physical limitations, the only way he is able to express emotion is his face and his words. As u can see he seems to be lost for words so emotions just poured out of his eyes. Another interpretation can be that Sophia who is always composed on her job she let herself go in this moment just to cheer him up and maybe he realised this ( i mean he's an intelligent guy). How sad that Indian audiences are so shallow, so as not to appreciate the beautiful depth of this film and the depth of soul that was invested into its main characters by Aishwarya and, especially, Hrythik.
