I can't believe that Lino Brocka told Richard what he claimed Lino told him in 1987 or 1988. Why? Richard was almost a nobody during that time. During Kahit Wala Ka Na, which was 1989, it was even Tonton who was Sharon's love team. Let's admit it, Richard became super popular by 1990 because Sharon officially dated him (they were together by October 1989). So maybe Lino Brocka did say that...but not 1987 or 1988.
