It’s still insane to me that all of joker’s aerials launch opponents upward. Getting launched straight up from a side air or down air just feels wrong.
Seeing a lot of joker mains sleeping on his ground neutral special. Its armored and if someone is above 100, itll either kill or set you up for the kill. It has no cooldown either! It does have a pretty big punish window though so you have to use it sparingly, but itll give your opponent quite the shock!
That's why alot of us don't typically go for it. The punish window if you miss is insane. But if it connects it's almost guaranteed to kill at high damage.
@wrydstepbr0_0 agreed. I've fallen in love with his air neutral special though. You can charge it indefinitely as long as you're in the air and it changes your movement up. It's not so good as a kill move, but it can kill plus it ignites people.
On the balloon seemingly teleporting when you ride it. I think I've only ever seen it on that map. I have omce rode it, and it teleported me into the bottom blastzone 😂

@@SurgeonOppim kinda glad that they nerfed him. I was a joker enjoyer sprung his glory days, but getting hit by 5 up airs and 4 up specials every time that I’m in the air felt illegal. Rn he is still good but js doesn’t have these insane and consistent 0 to d3aths
Yeah they could've been more clear on the whole "You have until the 13th to claim but it ENDS on the 11th" bit. However imagine winning, then not being able to be online the next couple days so you never get the rewards .
So they nerfed how dashes work in 1.2 patch. So they don't work now. You have to do dodge jump or jump dodges depending on damage and DI. They're true if you read their D.I. but they're true from pogo onward. But the jab loops you can no longer do.
there hasn’t even been enough time for 1000 hours of playtime with joker since the game came out may 2024 and this was uploaded 2 weeks ago and currently while this comment is being posted it’s only been 728 hours since it came out and that would mean you would have to play all day everyday no breaks

Idk, while it would be nice my only issue is with how they're patching so many movement things and changing what is strong every 2 weeks. It'd suck to climb rankings when the patches are so volatile. Congrats, you made it to masters. Now the game's dodge mechanic is different and your entire play style has been patched out of the game. GGs. I think its best to get ranked once we get a consistent sense of direction for the game. However I will say let us opt in or out of specific maps. I'm so sick of Townsville scams.
