You've scored some great finds this month Sally and you made me laugh about the nylon nighties. The worst was when Brentford Nylons arrived in Manchester and we all ended up with nylon fitted sheets. It was electric shocks galore lol. Happy stitching, Elizabeth xx

I watched a video by annie Claxton where she was using the ”intrument of torture” 😅 , the title of the video is ”starting a rag rug”, 2 months ago i think.

The blue doily w the metal dangles might’ve been for covering a container of jam or cream, to keep bugs out. 🐜
