Note that i added time stamps; to give a visual of how much of each ingredient she added. Hope this will help anyone that would like to made it as well. :D Crunchy pepper Kimchi recipe Radish- sliced into thin strips - huge bowl 1:22 Green onion-huge bunch - 1:25 Chives - whole tray -1:26 Red pepper - dried and soaked? - a bowl - 1:28 Chili powder grounded : a bag - 1:30 Crunchy pepper- 7kg : 1:37 Bowl of rice: 1:40 Step 1: liquidize onions and ginger 1:40 -?? knobs of ginger (I’m guessing 1 whole ginger?) -?? Number of onions (I’m guessing 1-2 whole onions?) Step 2. -liquidize some radish as well that’s been cut 2:26 -?? Amount (I’m guessing one whole med-large sized radish?) Step 3: 3:00 -blend red pepper, fish sauce, salted shrimp and rice with the blender - unknown amount of each :’( Step 4: 3:13 -mix the onion +ginger+radish juice -add the blended sauce to the sliced radish -mix them all together Step 5: 3:20 cut the green onions into 3cm-4cm big Step 6: Also cut the chives into 3-4cm big -put the green onions and chives that have been cut into the big container -looks like 3:53 Step7: 4:10 -add the chili powder to the sauce: -mix them well Step 8; -put in the green onions and chives into the sauce bowl and mix -mix them as if you’re washing your clothes : 4:32 Step 9: After mixing them well, just put the peppers in -made cuts in the peppers first before starting -slit vertically -grab some of the mixture + seasoning and stuff it into the pepper 4:55 -kinda rub the outside of the pepper with the mixture as well -5:12 Step 10: -place them into containers 5:32 -sprinkle sesame seeds on top as well Extra note: -she said it tastes best the day its made, so no fermentation needed? -it’ll taste slightly different after you let it ripe a but and eat it right after it’s been done
