Sir wages r defined in sec 2(rr) in Industrial dispute Act 1947 and also in workman compensation act 1923 in sec 2(1)(m) . What is the difference in both please?

Please clarify one doubt...in the definition of wholly dependent, the age factor of legitimate and adopted unmarried daugter is not mentioned.if the unmarried legitimate daughtet and unmarried adopted daugters are not minor whether they will be treated as wholly dependent or not?

How minor girl would be married as per the law, unmarried girl living in parents house w/o any job will be considered directly dependent irrespective of age i guess…
