Watching this in 2024 is crazy
Yes. I watched this the day it released. Now I’m buying cologne and I’m watching old videos 😂 Aged well
dude... I even looked at how many years the video had been up before watching so when he said "twenty-twentyfou- one" I was like WHAT!

Jeremy is a time traveler from 2024. He almost spilled the news in the intro.
Didnt want to retake the shot and do another 5 sprays
ahahhaa
LMAO
Could also be 2025
I noticed that 😂😂😂
Yup, he’s not wrong. It’s already 2024.
Back them it was not 😂
I bought an EDT version of this today based on Jeremy's recommendation. It was from a 2020 batch. I loved it the first time. It was so fresh, long lasting and projecting enough. Totally worth the buy.
If you had to pick one, Spice Bomb Extreme or Bleu De Chanel?
@@Turtlemilk I'd go with BDC as it is more fresh and versatile. I've heard that Spicebomb Extreme works well on cooler climates. However, not planning to buy the latter anytime soon.
@@Turtlemilk They're very different, I love Spicebomb Extreme but it's definitely not as versatile as BDC. Spicebomb Extreme is for going outdoors during the winter months.
I purchased the EDP also from 2020 batch and man this thing is amazing !!! I personally preferred EDP over edt
And a month later he recomend edp 🤣

I just bought recently BDC edT as my first perfume for my would be collection. No regrets. Confidence boosting opening, poetic dry down... I love the dry down
Got compliments?
@@7860092 Of course. Funny you asked because I happened to wear BDC today, not my only perfume, and I also just got a compliment. 😁

I'm a simple man, when i want to buy parfume, i listen what jeremy said :)
If you had to pick one, Spice Bomb Extreme or Bleu De Chanel?
School of Scent is also a great guy 👌
@@Turtlemilk because i lived in Indonesia, and it's very hot here, i'll chose the bdc 😁
@@Turtlemilk Bleu de Chanel is alot more versatile than Spicebomb, so I’d go with that.
The Bleu de Chanel Parfum concentration is far superior and way refined than the EDT. Don't pay attention to him.
Honestly I was a little skeptical of his recommendation of the EDT over the EDP as normally I prefer the EDP concentration for my fragrances.
But in this case, Jeremy was spot on target. The EDT is nicer. I got a second opinion from another expert. My dear wife. 😍
Cute. 😊
BDC and Sauvage are two of the greats of our generation.
I just got sauvage EDP. BDC will be next on my list.
I bought both of them but sauvage is just so generic and inoffensive it almost feels cheap. Bdc has more character to it.
Sauvage is definitely the most complimented fragrance I have, but personally I prefer the smell of BDC.
Sauvage is overhyped by the parfum community. Shitty parfum.
@@joshdunham7167 I agree 💯
I like how he doesn't edit mistakes out lol
Trying the EDT right now. It's hits a bit strong but it mellows out nicely into a very clean scent. I would recommend waiting 20-30mins after applying it before going out.
The edp was the last one jaques polge did. His son took over for the parfum. I love them all to be fair. I used adore the edt and still do but since having the edp it just offers so much more depth in the dry down and I possibly love it even more.
Are you talking about the newest bach for edp?
I absolutely adore Bleu de Chanel. I only recently tried it for the first time and definitely will be using as my signature aftershave
Been blind buying colognes based on Jeremy's reviews a few times and can say this guy doesn't miss.
U need to do this for every fregrance you have. Also talk about when the best time to wear each fregrance is. Like summer or winter day of night, what kind of event, ect..
As someone who has been wearing blue de chanel since the release in 2010;
- it’s cryptonite for women (complement rate is WAY higher than sauvage)
- EDT performance isn’t that grate
- EDP smells a bit better and has way better performance
- The ginger note in the drydown smells a bit weird. A bit like burned plastic.
I literally get complements every day when wearing the edp. And female co workers even bought it for they’re men “to make him smell like you”. I don’t really care to much about what the ladies their opinions. But if you do, I’d definitely suggest the edp.
I agree women luv it. His other vids say it’s amazing but this video should be called: critical review of Bleu de Chanel
What about the Parfum version?
Damm to make him smell like you
What about the Parfum version? Is it good? Or should I exchange it for EDP?
How many sprays of edt do you use/recommend
My favorite version is the parfum but honestly you can’t go wrong with any of them
Im planning on getting bleu de chanel soon. Can you please help explain why parfum is ur favorite concentration? Thanks in advance brother
@@megahoboho7866 hey Barry - for my nose it was just what I liked best at the time to be honest. I think I had a few “blue” fragrances and the Parfum just felt a bit different. Notes across the board are all relatively similar but with the Parfum having tonka bean, lavender and pineapple that the other versions didn’t have, I may have just had it in my head that that scent was something I enjoyed more since those are three notes that I seem to enjoy, but you really can’t go wrong with either version, I suggest just going and spraying and seeing what performs best for you as the day goes on. That’s usually how I base my decision as well. I had picked it up about 2 years ago, from what I remember longevity was similar across the board but I’m not sure if it’s changed at all
@@eleye3sharks Having both the Parfum and the EDP, I think the Parfum has a deeper woody vibe to it, while the EDP has a more musk and incense vibe (which I prefer). The EDP is also a bit more fresh. However, the Parfum has twice the projection! Wow. You literally need half the amount of sprays from the Parfum. My preference is the EDP as it feels more masculine.
Thank you. I bought the EDT version before I watched this video and I'm glad I did! Ysl Y and Versace Eros was on my radar but most of the fragrance testers were stolen lol I didn't even get to smell the BDC but I'm taking a gamble!
Just got the EDT from Macy's with a 15% discount (macy's has a 15% off until April 3). So, 3.4oz for $100.79 including tax.
Jeremy cracks me up with his brutal honesty. Can't go wrong with Jeremy thanks bro!
This is my first high end perfume. First spray, I fell inlove with myself.
I prefer Bleu de Chanel over Dior sauvage in my opinion
From listening to Jeremy’s posts I just purchased both in EDT. Sauvage is lighter not so much in your face compared to Bleu , not the Bleu is overpowering as both l can see me wearing through-out the year. Going to observe their staying power as the day progresses. Thus far after 5mins I’d say Sauvage is winning. Thx for the insights Sir.
is it worth buying bdc 50ml instead of 100ml and 150ml??
I love the citric acidic opening of the original, and luckily my wife does too, it’s fresh it’s sweet it’s rich, I always get more compliments with the edt. Performance for me is almost identical with the edp. I think just like Sauvage, they got it right the first time.
I have tested both Sauvage and BDC parfum,I am much more madly in love with BDC,it’s a compliment magnet,it’s much more sharper and crisp,Dior is fresh and dense but not as sharp.
Who’s watching this in 2024? Lmao that intro
Eau De Parfum does it all
Will it mow the lawn?

There is a thing with blue de Chanel. It prospers, sparkles & spreads more, when your body gets heat up during workouts
Based on your experience, is it safe to say this fragrance works better when applied to your skin rather than on your clothes?
@@roshanm6881 it depends tho, I have BDC EDP and it doesnt last longer on my skin (3 sprays on my neck) but in my clothes it's a beast, each sprays in my shoulder and it last 5-7 hours and still projects.
so interesting how jeremies recommendation about edt vs edp differs to most other reviewers...

I have the EDT bro

please more of before you buy. You can review your collection one by one jeremy
The EDP is the best in my opinion
Very personal choice. In a year my Dior Sauvage edt 60 ml is still half left , whereas bought 2nd 100 ml bottle of BDC Parfum in a year.
The EDP is better than EDT, even Jermey says so multiple times. However, value proposition wise EDT is the best. It all depends on how much you want to spend
How's the longevity and projection on edp?
@@lilchavo1001 both are great. There’s a reason this is one of the most iconic fragrances. Girls will love it and it won’t offend anyone.

Eau de Parfum🔥💯

Yes
God no
Thanks jeremy was looking forward to this video!
Not sure I agree entirely. EDP and Parfum perform better. Have slightly more punch. To me the best value would be the EDP. Parfum is probably unnecessary since the extra money doesn't really give you that extra performance over the EDP. Or at least it isn't noticeable.
Mega timeless, you’ll be still buying it in 20241
AWWW MAN THIS IS THE VIDEO IS WAS WAITING FOR. I was actually thinking on getting the EDT version next week. Now I made my mind.
You can still have it. I recommend either getting EDT or the EDP.
@@bigbadzeus8321 what's the difference?
Waiting on my Parfum to arrive currently. It has been 2 months of decision making...but I've decided to go with smooth and long lasting rather than the more aggressive EDT.
I've all 3 and I prefer EDT. Yeah it might have been reformulated but it's really good
I think the edt is better for summer
When was it reformulated?
I must try the EDP one. I already have the EDT and it smells good

I have this perfume. The smell is pleasant, rich bouquet, but it is so quiet that it is barely audible immediately after application ... Is it just me? perfume version 2018.
Bleu is the best! I get a lot of compliments!
Edt o Edp for you ?
Can you tell me where and how to purchase the amazing cross and chain you are wearing? Also thank you I am convinced that Bleu de Chanel EDT is perfect for my husband. Never thought I could discern that from a video. Cheers and subscribed.
I'm just running out of my Y EDP as of late, so I'm thinking of picking up Bleu EDT as a replacement. I remember sampling it a while ago and getting compliments just from the 3 days I wore it. Also, even if Sauvage "beats" Bleu, for some reason it has a very strong chemical smell that irritates my nose almost as if someone held 5 dryer sheets up to my nostrils.
That's the ambroxan in the Sauvage..
It's terrible in my opinion and ruins sauvage from me.
Without the heavy Ambroxan, Sauvage would be so good..
I've found that females don't notice that chemical smell whereas most males do..
That's why it's a big compliment getter, because females normally don't notice the bad part in sauvage.
I own 30 or 40 fragrances, all from the major fragrance houses, and Sauvage is my only bottle that is still full because that chemical smell just kills it for me..
I used to wake up and say, "good day, I'll wear Sauvage because it gets compliments. .."
And after a few hours, every single time, I'm saying to myself "I can't wait to get this shirt off! The ambroxan is starting to really bother my nose"
it really almost makes me nauseous😂
I'm smart enough now to know better than to put sauvage on...
@@Top_Cheeze agree.
yeah Dylan blue is pretty much sauvage without the intense metallic ambroxan. but I got to tell you, the ambroxan in the sauvage has ruined it for me so much that I don't even like Dylan blue even though it doesn't have as much metallic to it..
It's definitely not bad..
Versace makes very good scents. My favorite are the Eros and The Pour Homme.
What I've really been liking lately are the Chanel men's fragrances
Cheers
For me Bdc edt is very citrusy and fresh fragrance. Very good for outdoor and hot weather. Sauvage edt is more strong and agressive with its pepper notes. But in a warm morning its fine. These two works outside.
These two are completely and totally different. Y EDP is MUCH stronger and more attention-grabbing. I like Bleu, but it's for when you want to be more subtle and restrained. Or just fresh and inoffensive.
@@robert26788 which sauvage EDT do you own as people say its not as good since 2018?

If Bleu de Chanel, Aqua di Gio and Sauvage didn't exist, neither would this channel.
If you had to pick one, Spice Bomb Extreme or Bleu De Chanel?
@@Turtlemilk You can’t really compare those. One is a versatile (Bleu de Chanel) and other one is considered a winter fragrance.

Current formulation projects for around half an hour, I wouldn’t waste your money. It is a great smelling fragrance, it’s just super disappointing in the performance.
So true, I too get far fewer compliments when I switch from my blue suit to my white speedo... along with many more exasperated complaints to the pool managers.
I totally agreed with you…. Bleu de Chanel EDT worked when you seat near to someone. To be Honest, I got highest compliments. I mixed, sometimes with F by Farragamo EDT. It works like extra boost of compliments. Dior Suavage is like once people compliment Davidoff Cool Water. Smell from 6 feet. Ha Ha. Dior Suavage 200 ml, seemed to me less performer than 100 ml. It is my observation. Two times observation. Therefore I prefer 100 ml. Both men and women compliments Bleu De Chanel, but suavage is less compliment getter for me and strong fragrance that people think i dropped whole perfume bottle. That’s my observation.
That turn was soooo clean

Prefer the Parfum the most
honestly, Im new to the cologne world and recently bought Blue de Chanel EDP. And I must say I don't think this cologne game is for me. I got sick of wearing it after 3 days, the smell irritates me lol. I much rather smell like my natural self, pheromones are super attractive for girls. Not this chemical shit. But this is my opinion. I will return the cologne and never wear one again. And if you wear one, please don't spray it more than twice. Its more annoying than you think its attractive. Less is more

@@bobbyray5165 Okay..thanks man!
Personally I don’t care for the EDT, reminds me of Azzaro Chrome. But the EDP? Now that’s a whole different ballgame. Amazing, amazing stuff.
