I downloaded the game yesterday, and after getting past a few dozen levels, I deleted it. The gameplay you see in the ad only came up 3 or 4 times in the 50-odd levels I passed, and it seems to be at random. When reading the reviews in the App Store, there was someone who said they’d played dozens of levels and NEVER come across the ‘save the King’ scenario that you see in the ads. Shameful
These ads are pretty devious. The slowpoke on the left playing is so consistently bad it makes you want to play the game yourself out of sheer frustration, knowing you'd probably do better... and meanwhile the actual game is hardly like it at all. Why not just make the game on the left to start with instead of only making misleading footage for promotional ads for yet another Candy Crush clone? It would probably stand out way more.

It's the same thing with Homescapes and Gardenscapes. And their ads are worse than Royal Match's. They actually say they are not fake ads when there is no access to any of the games they advertise.
