I was thinking: I tend to be more engaged with the learning material, when there are challenges/exercises at the end of a tutorial. Could you maybe add some?
Does the white box appear in the channel when you use tilde? I SHOULD cut off all sound from that channel. Maybe you can screen cap your project so I can see the context in which you're using it?
@Train You may be using a different edit mode, which has a different set of hotkeys. If you go Config --> Misc --> Edit Mode, make sure MilkyTracker is selected. Alternatively, if you want to keep your current hotkeys, look for the "Enter key-off" hotkey in the manual
thank you for these tutorials!
You're welcome! I'm really happy with how they turned out. I'll be producing more in the new year.
This is very good so far but I hope that there are some filter envelopes for these synth waves too?
Not that I know of. Anything to do with filters would need to be baked into the samples themselves.

This is a great idea. Gonna keep this in mind for future tutorials. Thank you!
You can insert an empty row using the Insert key/button
That's correct. Some keyboards don't have insert buttons.
How can I use the Down Arrow in the third row for volume (10:21 in your vid)?
Type 'D' or 'U' - short for down and up. Is that what you mean?
@@Gruber_Music Yes, it wasn't explained on the video.
How did you decrease the volume of the second row?
The d key while editing the third column decreses volume, u key increases
The tilde doesnt seem to work for the sound cut off thing, do you know how to do it without the tilde or if it has changed?

@@Gruber_Music white box doesn't appear at all, it just changes how much space it adds after a note is placed.

@@Gruber_Music alright, I'll try that out.
@@Gruber_Music Ah, it was on the Fast Tracker II edit mode, thanks man.
