i'm about to ruin your day MUAHAHAHAHAA plot twist: the listener goes schizo and gets frustrated that their co-workers always taunt them about their dead girlfriend but in reality they we're trying to help them cope even after 2 years with the lose and finally snaps but the listener was imagining that they we're mocking them, them being suspicious about the glass of water represents their fear of taking the medicine thinking it's drugged, going in a schizophrenic episode they decide to head to their co-workers house to and brutally murders them and later on eats their brains, the "toxic waste" they thought brought back their "girlfriend" was actually just pots of flowers left by the co-workers and her family members.
Yeah, not much of a twist. Pretty obvious it was some sort of screwy mental thing. At 5:23 listener didn't know what had happened to her or that she was even dead for sure and then at 6:56 listener had visited her grave "everyday" for 2 years.
