Because I come into the office an hour before the team, I listen to this song at least 4 times almost every morning. I genuinely feel like a target is on my back most days. But this song is truly the prayer to get me through it all. I want to gain the courage to sing this in front of people one day. I look for help or answers and I’m reminded of this song and Exodus 14:14, The Lord will fight for you; you need only be still.
this song prays a prayer that many of us can’t find in our hearts to pray. Out of the devastation, loss, failure, loneliness, brokenness, and fear we still find desire to be with God. “ With you” is a cry for help out of our own brokenness. And taking the time to not ask God for anything but simply thank him... for His presence. seriously what more could we ask for? giving all the anxiety and worry to him because you can’t worship and worry at the same time. We don’t only need God’s help but simply God himself

I thank God I found this song. Thank you Elevation Worship. It has been a week that I listen to this song more than 10x every day. I use this song to combat my depressive and suicidal thoughts and emotions every time. No amount of money or success can quite compare the rest and comfort when I just cry, pray and remember that Jesus is my Lord. I may feel like I am all over the place, or just dragging my feet to do my best every day even if it is hard for me to see tomorrow: I know Jesus is carrying me right now.
